International Day of Yoga, celebrated on June 21st each year, is a testament to the power of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This year, the picturesque Jai Valley in Bhaderwah, Jammu and Kashmir, became the backdrop for a successful celebration of this global event. The District Administration Doda organized a grand event that left participants mesmerized.
The ninth International Yoga Day in Bhaderwah was not just about practicing yoga; it also showcased the rich cultural heritage of the region.
